Guided meditation, practiced virtually with a group, gives us that feeling of connection with people. Pausing and reflecting on ourselves gives us greater brain plasticity and enables us to rethink our automatic reactions. We focus on broadening the space between stimulation and response in order to better control our reactions and manage ourselves.

During these meetings, we will practice various kinds of meditations to achieve these goals. And the best part? It’s accessible and scheduled directly in your calendar.

Why Now?

Since March, many of us have been working remotely, often in less than ideal conditions. Oftentimes this is a stressful ordeal, increasing feelings of isolation, burnout, and “Zoom fatigue.” We find ourselves feeling lonely, stressed, and exhausted, both emotionally and physically. With all of the chaos in our lives, often the first thing we let go is the time we spend with ourselves, reflecting and introspecting.

Giving up those crucial times, however, only exacerbates the negative feelings that we’re facing. The benefits of meditation extend far beyond relaxation; it gives us the ability to clear our minds, focus, and prioritize that which is worthwhile over that which is not. Consistent meditation helps reduce anxiety and depression, giving us an energetic feeling of wellbeing, focus, and mental balance.

Dr. Keren Tsuk is the founder of Wisdom To Lead, a consulting company that specializes in leadership in 21st-century organizations and the development of senior management teams. Dr. Tsuk has 20 years of experience working with senior management in transition, growth, and development processes. Dr. Tsuk is a keynote speaker and thought leader that speaks at conferences worldwide about mindfulness and leadership.

Keren has been practicing various kinds of meditation for over 20 years. In the past three years, she specialized at the “Embodied Life Mentorship Program”, a program dedicated to awakening humanity, nourishing integral awareness, consciousness evolution, and self-transformation.

How does it work?

We will practice meditation every Monday for 1 hour.

There are two options:
Guided meditation in English will be 18:00 pm
(Israel Standard Time: GMT+2)

Guided meditation in Hebrew will be at 9:00-10:00 am IDT
(Israel Standard Time: GMT+2)

In each, we will begin with thirty minutes of guided meditation, followed by thirty  minutes for reflection and questions.
