Guided Meditation
Guided meditation, practiced virtually with a group, gives us that feeling of connection with people. Pausing and reflecting on ourselves gives us greater brain plasticity and enables us to rethink our automatic reactions. We focus on broadening the space between stimulation and response in order to better control our reactions and manage ourselves.
