The Power of Conscious Presence in Times of Crisis, Change, and Uncertainty

Thank you, Sarit Gal, for an intimate, profound, and inspiring community gathering on spiritual care and its role during times of crisis, change, and uncertainty. 💜

One of the most meaningful insights that emerged from our conversation was this:

People don’t transform because they receive better advice. They transform when they meet someone who is truly present with them.

To listen. To hold. To suspend judgment.

This is the very quality I strive to bring to my work with executive teams and leaders.

In an age of AI, constant pressure, and continuous change, one of the most essential leadership capabilities is no longer knowing more.

It is being more present.

Because when people truly feel seen, something begins to open.

From that space emerge not only trust and psychological safety, but also the answers, creativity, and wisdom that were already there.

To me, this is the essence of leadership. ✨

And thank you to all the members of our community who made the effort to join despite the holiday season and the traffic. Your presence is what makes these gatherings so meaningful. 💜
