What an exciting week that reflects the new hybrid reality that began with a face-to-face workshop with the health ministry HR’ hospitals, followed by a Zoom lecture with Visa Cal. Speaking with the leadership team was an opener for the new leadership program. We discussed mindful leadership and how we can better lead from presence and better listen to ourselves, our employees, and our customers’ needs, while practicing the ability to pause and be present. What a pleasure!
