There is a well-known saying that when you do what you love, you never work a day in your life. That’s exactly how I feel 💜. Simultaneously, there’s the opposing notion that when you do what you love, you’re always working. That’s also precisely how I feel ❤️
This sentiment stems from my unwavering dedication to my work. I operate from inner passion and a profound sense of purpose that extends beyond myself. When we act upon this passion and inner motivation, we are propelled by the desire to share our gifts with the world. In my case, it’s about enabling people, managers, and management teams to operate from a place of mindfulness and inner precision, allowing them to grow into the best versions of themselves 💜.
Hence, when I receive messages like the one after a retreat, a course, or a lecture that I’ve conducted, it invigorates me. I am overwhelmed with gratitude and a deep inner knowing that I am exactly where I should be. Efrat granted me permission to share this touching feedback she wrote after participating in the retreat last week 🙏🏻.

“Dearest Karen! I want to express a personal thank you ❤️🙏🏻 . Thanks to your incredible workshop, I’m at a loss for words to describe the happiness and elation I’ve experienced over the past few days. I genuinely believe it’s a transformative experience that has shifted my consciousness and my life. How fortunate I am to have followed my intuition and inner calling to join the retreat, even though it was a last-minute decision. Today, I can confidently say that this is the most professional and relevant leadership training I’ve ever encountered, both personally and professionally.
I’m delighted that we’ve crossed paths. It’s as simple as that. You inspire me on multiple levels. Tali’s remarks during the summary yesterday were so accurate! Your guidance was almost transparent- in the most empowering sense of the word. Through your humble facilitation, you empowered each one of us, revealing your incredible inner strength, vulnerability, and connection with yourself. It’s truly beautiful that you can close your eyes and tune into the inner messages within you ❤️.
Yesterday, I attended Taiko, a Japanese drumming class. I still didn’t know where I was heading, and something wonderful occurred. During the meditation that we practice regularly in every class, I heard the sounds in the room rather than the voices in my head. It was astonishing. I heard the teacher’s breath and the music from the air conditioner, and I was fully present in the room, in a state of being that I can’t recall experiencing before. I’ve been drumming for over two years and practicing meditation, and this is an entirely new experience for me.”
All I can say is, Thank You ❤️🙏🏻
