Let’s Create More Goodness – One Word at a Time

Do you know that feeling? The end of a long day – you’re tired, sometimes exhausted – and all you want to do is crash on the couch, put on a good show, and switch off your mind?

That’s exactly what happened to me this week.

I sat down, exhausted, and glanced at my phone. There, on the screen, was a surprising message – from a manager who had taken part in a Conscious Leadership course I had facilitated in her organization about two years ago.

She wrote to me:

“Hi Keren, I participated in your mindfulness course. I admit that at first I was skeptical. Today I’m so grateful for the course with you! It was such an important experience that created the right balance.

I’m very happy I joined, thank you for that! 🌸 I’m spreading this light forward ☺️”

In that moment, my fatigue faded away, and my heart filled with gratitude for the privilege of touching people’s lives – of helping them not only to become better leaders, but also the best version of themselves.

This message recharged my batteries and reminded me that even when the road is hard, even when we feel tired and want to rest on the climb, the work is meaningful and important.

It also reminded me of something else: the power of a kind word.

Expressing gratitude to someone who has touched us, said something that resonates deeply, or inspired us to take action is a simple yet profoundly positive act.

So, I invite us all to create more goodness in the world: through words, gestures, or acts of kindness.

Not with an expectation of return, but simply from a state of love and generosity.

Because in the end, goodness always finds its way back to us.

Wishing you a meaningful new year 💛✨
